Hoodie Allen Merch Steven Markowitz is best known as the eponymous rapper, and he is also known as Hoodie Allen. Born on August 19, 1988, he is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He studied finance and marketing in college, and eventually joined the advertising team at Google. However, he soon left his job to pursue his music full time. As a result, his debut album, All American, broke into the Billboard 200 charts.
